Types of SEO report

We provide two types of SEO reports:
SEO Analysis Report
SEO Performance Report

1. SEO Analysis Report

This is the detailed report we produce as a result of our SEO Audit and is always performed before making any SEO recommendations. Here are some of the areas covered in the SEO Analysis Report report:

  • HTML errors
  • Text analysis
  • Meta tags
  • URL structure
  • Incoming links
  • Keyword density
  • Competitor analysis

You can use this report as a basis for your own SEO efforts, or you can ask us to implement some or all of the recommendations. Well optimized keyword rich content is the key to top rankings in search engines and make it more easily accessible for search engines and more readable to users.

2. SEO Performance Report

The second type of report is a website performance report which we will produce monthly if you opt for an SEO maintenance contract. This report will include:

  • Search engine ranking performance
  • Back links
  • Traffic stats
  • Number of unique visitors to your site
  • Geographic location of your visitors
  • Top keywords used to find your site
  • Most popular pages
  • Traffic source
  • Directory submission report
  • Keyword analysis report
  • Link popularity report
  • Search engine report

Our search engine ranking report includes easily understandable graphs which will show the improvements in your website’s performance over time.

Our SEO traffic reports is particularly useful as it tells you where your traffic is coming from, the geographic location of visitors and which search engine was used to find your website. You can use this information to plan a focused SEO campaign for regions which are not performing well. You can also use this information to save money on PPC advertising by not using keywords that do not perform well,  or identifying keywords that are already getting good organic traffic and therefore do not need to feature in a PPC campaign.
